Room Descriptions
Courtyard Suite
Two queen beds in bedroom, separate sitting room, wet bar, beverage refrigerator, near outdoor hot tub, courtyard view. Rate based on 2 people.
Waterfront Suite
One queen, two queens or one king bed/some kitchenettes/patio or balcony overlooking the bay. Rate based on 2 people.
Marina Suite
Waterfront Resort Room with king bed/in-room jet tub/180-degree view of the bay, mountains, and Bigfork. Rate based on 2 people.
One Bedroom Condo
Master bedroom with king or queen/full kitchen/living room/dining area/some with gas fireplace and hide-a-bed/one full bath/private patio or balcony. Rate based on 2 people (5 people max).
Two Bedroom Condo
One bedroom condo with connecting bedroom; queen or two twins/ two full baths. Rate based on 4 people (7 people max).
Three Bedroom Condo
One loft bedroom condo with two connecting bedrooms; king, queen or twin beds, hide-a-bed, 2 full baths. Panoramic view & private balcony. Rate based on 6 people (9 people max).
ADDITIONAL FEES
Resort Fee & Additional 7% Montana Bed Tax applies.
$12.00 per extra person per night,10 years and older.
Cribs and roll-aways are available for $12.00 per night.

Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to 50% of the total room rental charges plus the checkout houskeeping fee is due at the time your reservations are made.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. If you would like to pay by check, your reservation will be held for 10 days pending receipt of your check of money order. If your deposit is not received within the allotted time, the reservation will be cancelled.
Early departures of confirmed dates will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
No reservations will be held longer than 10 days without payment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival will result in a 100% refund of the deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellation 15-29 days prior to arrival will result in 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 14 days or less prior to arrival results in a 100% deposit forfeiture.
Check in time is after 4:00 PM. Checkout time is prior to 11:00 AM.
Payment of your deposit per schedule above indicates your acceptance of the Marina Cay Deposit & Cancellation Policies.
All cancellations will be assigned a cancellation number.
This number must be used for all correspondence and reference.
